The sad part about all this is that these deaths could have been avoided if the project managers had some knowledge on ways of avoiding deaths while on site. The site workers also have to make sure that they do not work under the influence of drugs or alcohol.

The project managers have to make sure that they abode by the construction regulations at all times. These regulations are there to protect the workers from accidents and even death. Abiding by these regulations will help reduce and even prevent the site deaths. Death can also delay the project especially if it is due to negligence from the project managers.
